About This Program

Our program aims to develop highly qualified clinical neurologists by providing an abundant and varied patient population combined with a comprehensive educational program where we cultivate physicians with aptitudes for careers in research, teaching, leadership, and/or public service. We feature a wide depth, breadth, variety, and volume of patients, representing the spectrum of neurological disease. Our faculty represent all neurological subspecialties across our teaching sites at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Weill Cornell Medical College, and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. We feature research and educator tracks for individual residents. All residents are encouraged to participate in clinical, basic science, or educational research with support for national presentations and showcase at our annual Neurology Resident Research Symposium. We guarantee modern high-rise housing in close proximity to the hospital and the opportunity to enjoy New York City, one of the most diverse and exciting places in the world.
