About This Program

Our four-year residency program is comprised of 24 residents from medical schools around the world who are dedicated to becoming leaders in women’s health. Our residents receive excellent clinical training from esteemed generalist and sub-specialty faculty, conduct and publish research with incredible mentorship, and are involved in education and quality improvement at both the resident and medical student levels. Other noteworthy strengths of our program include exposure to rare pathology and cutting-edge innovation across the sub-specialties, along with mentorship from leaders in the fields of maternal fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, reproductive endocrinology, family planning, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Based in New York City, our program attracts a diverse trainee and patient population. Our residents care for both publicly- and privately- insured patients from as close as the Washington Heights neighborhood in northern Manhattan where we are located to as far as countries in Africa and the Middle East.
