About This Program

After completing the program, you’ll have the ability to evaluate and treat a wide breadth of orthopedic conditions with confidence. Graduates of the program will be ideally positioned to pursue highly rewarding, successful careers in academic or community-based orthopedic practice in all aspects of orthopedics ranging from general to highly sub-specialized care. The Orthopedic Surgery Residency Faculty at Mayo Clinic's campus in Rochester, Minnesota, includes a group of more than 50 surgical, research, and clinical consultants. Our physicians work in an integrated and cooperative group practice that cares for more than 66,000 patients each year.
